The Clucker Trucker: A Fun Handmade Wooden Egg Caddy

Everyone needs handy tools and containers around the farm.  My family has a bit of a small homestead and we recently added chickens into the mix.  My husband, who is king of the chick chicks, seemed to need a caddy for egg collection, so I made him this contraption and called it "The Clucker Trucker".  We like it, and thought other's might as well.

This container is made from rough cedar boards, pine, and some birch ply.  We use a combination of traditional woodworking, as well as laser cutting and engraving, to finish the job.  The trucker holds 10 eggs and secures them from the coop to the kitchen.

The trucker is 6.5 inches wide, 10 inches tall, and 12 inches long.  It is finished with non-toxic shellac.

Personalization: if you do not choose personalization, the item will say "Clucker Trucker" and have chicken images on each side.  If you choose personalization, it can say "Steve's Clucker Trucker" (substitute your desired name) as pictured.

As with any wood product, this box has its own special characteristics and defects.  Wood moves and no worker is perfect.  Know that this item was made with 100% love.
