How does shipping work?
A: Each vendor will ship their item to you. You may receive multiple tracking #s and multiple packages. A reminder that each vendor has their own processing time/turnaround time (TAT).
What is Turnaround Time (TAT)?
Turnaround Time is how long it takes a vendor to prepare your item for pickup or shipping. Since many of our vendors create unique, handcrafted items, TAT can vary. Each product listing will show the estimated TAT so you know what to expect before ordering.
Can I pick up my items locally?
Yes! We encourage local pickup and offer several convenient locations across Texoma - completely free! Just make sure not to head that way untll you receive notice that your order is ready for pickup.
How does Local Pickup work?
We're proud to offer free local pickup options across Texoma:
• Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
• Choose your preferred pickup location
• Wait for confirmation that your order is ready
• Pick up your items at your convenience
Where are the pickup locations?
We have several convenient pickup locations throughout the Texoma area. Available locations will be displayed during checkout.
What if I order from multiple vendors?
If you choose local pickup, you can pick up all items from your chosen location once they're ready. TAT may vary for different items, but we'll keep you updated on the status of each item.
